Granite is a natural stone that is highly durable form from the depths of the earth. From the blocks, they turn this into a sheet.

Granite is available in various colors and pattern combinations. New York granite slabs often appear in shades of red, brown, black, white, and gray. Of course, there are other beautiful colors, such as green and blue.

Most sheets appear with black spots and gray scattered on the surface. In some rocks, spins and vein make appearances. And, there are some types that have minute crystals that glow under the light. Various minerals that make up this rock provide a unique color.

Therefore, there are no two identical plates. The granite is quite hard to resist scratch. It holds out against scrapes from everyday kitchen preparation. It is more difficult than most kitchen appliances. And, believe it or not, it is more powerful than your kitchen knives.

Secondly, it is sturdy enough to withstand the significant weight. Remain firm even if you put a lot of kitchen items on it. It will not bend or break under normal use of the kitchen. Lastly, it is inert enough to withstand weathering.

Just like diamonds, granite is the product of underground constant pressure. Therefore, heat from a hot pot and pans without any damage. Thus, it is safer to use than synthetic counterparts with polyester and resin.
